Buying pre-owned on the Costa del Sol
We only sell good quality used clubs. Nothing goes on the rack that Mario has not had in his hands — heads checked for crown cracks and face wear, shafts checked for rust at the tip and spine alignment, ferrules and grips replaced as needed. Anything that fails goes back to the seller, not onto the shelf.
Grading is deliberately conservative. Excellent means it is hard to tell from new at arm's length. Very Good means normal sole wear and a mark or two on the crown. Good means it has clearly been played and priced accordingly. If a club has a specific flaw, it is written on the ticket.
This is also where trade-in credit goes furthest. We buy quality sets up to seven or eight years old, and part-exchange against a new fitting is usually the cheapest route into properly fitted clubs. Every pre-owned club can still be adjusted for length, lie and grip size in the workshop before you take it away.
